A little trouble in the shower areas

We renovated our changing rooms including shower and toilet areas in the summer of 2024, and chose to use acrylic on the walls and floors.

This is a coating that has been used by several water parks with great success, but unfortunately not here at ours. For various reasons, including leaks, the acrylic comes off. About one night per week, the company that laid the acrylic comes in to make so-called emergency repairs, so that this does not spread further. When we have sealed all the leaks, they will come back in for a total renovation. This is planned for after eastern 2026, and then alternative changing rooms will be made available to you guests. We will come back with more information as it gets closer.

So we both believe and hope that our showers will soon be back in the same fine condition as they were right after the renovation.
